Captain's Meeting / Registration

 Player accreditation and registration to be collected by CAPTAINS ONLY.​


Captains Meetings:

Saturday, October 19th

Women 2PM, Men 3PM

Where: North Shore Youth Center Auditorium (first floor), 501 72nd Street, Miami Beach 33141

Team Captains only may attend, unless an additional team member is required to assist as an interpreter. ITF personnel speak a variety of languages (French, German, Spanish & Italian) and will be available to assist.

Tournament Events

Opening Ceremony:

Saturday, October 19th, 5-7PM

Unidad Center in Miami Beach

7251 Collins Avenue, Miami Beach

(A short walk from credential pickup at Miami Beach Tennis Center.)  

All teams are kindly requested to wear their official team tracksuit to the Ceremony and transport to the official hotels will be provided post-Ceremony.

All team members are expected to attend the Opening Ceremony and must RSVP via the tournament website by no later than Saturday, October 5th. Guests are welcome to attend provided they register and pay in advance using the RSVP link.  Guest tickets are non-refundable.

Free of charge for team participants.  Guest charge $20 plus $2.85 booking fee. Ticket required for children.  Fee includes one glass of champagne and hors d'oeuvres.

Official Team Dinner:

Halloween "Bloody Ball"

Thursday, October 25th, 8-11PM

Temple Beth Sholom

Dress code is team coordinated Halloween.


Players wishing to attend the Event must confirm their attendance via the tournament website by no later than Saturday, October 5th. Guests are welcome to attend provided they register and pay in advance using the RSVP link.  Children require a ticket. Due to space constraints, guest tickets are limited.  Guest tickets are non-refundable.

Free of charge for team participants.

Cost for additional guests $75 plus $6.20 booking fee.  Fee includes 1 glass of wine and a three course meal. 

Transportation will be provided to and from the official hotels.  Schedule to be posted.

Practice Courts & Balls

 Ball Type:  Wilson US Open Regular Duty

Players can purchase official balls at Miami Beach Tennis Center.

Practice Courts: Practice courts are available at both venues on Friday, October 18th and Saturday, October 19th, subject to availability.  Teams may reserve a one hour practice slot free of charge on both days.

Please note that transportation will not be provided on these practice days.

Practice court bookings must be made by Team Captains direct with seniors@itftennis.com no later than Friday, October 4th.  At the deadline, unbooked practice sessions will be released and Captains will be given an opportunity to book additional slots beginning October 7th.  .  

Travel & Transport

Due to organized transport restrictions at Miami International Airport, a collection/drop-off service will not be provided by the organizers and teams/players are responsible for arranging their own airport transportation.

Please note that matches will be played over two sessions each day - morning and afternoon.  A daily schedule will be provided each day during the event.


All matches will be played on GREEN CLAY courts. 

On Site Services:

  • Limited shower facilities are available.

  • A towel service is not available at any venue.

  • If players use towels from the official hotels, they are requested to return these the same day to avoid charges and/or complaints from the hotel management.

  • Water will be provided on all courts at all venues and is available off court (to purchase or via drinking fountain) at each site.

  • Food is available on site for purchase.

  • A stringing service is available at both sites and there is a labor charge of $20.

  • A physio service is available.  On court service is complimentary.  Off court service is available at an additional charge.
