Matches will start at both sites approximately 10AM each day, ending around 9PM.
Players must be prepared to play under lights at both venues.
Singles Match Format
All singles matches will be the best of three (3) tie break sets.
Doubles/Mixed Doubles Format
All doubles/mixed doubles matches will be the best of two (2) tie break sets and a 10 point tie break match in lieu of a third set.
All doubles entries must be made by the Entry/Withdrawal Deadline - no on-site Doubles sign-up will be offered in 2018.
A players entering as 'partner wanted' will be assigned a partner by the ITF (automated process) at the Entry/Withdrawal Deadline or will be withdrawn if a partner cannot be found. Any player who does not wish to be paired must withdraw his/her doubles entry prior to the Entry/Withdrawal Deadline.
Singles Consolation Events
Consolation events for the first match Singles losers shall be held. Sign-in must be made in person and telephone sign-in will not be possible. New tennis balls will be provided for all matches. Consolation singles matches will be the best of two (2) tie break sets and a 1o point tie break in lieu of a third set.
ITF Seniors World Ranking points will be awarded in the Consolation event, as per the ITF Seniors Regulations 2018, Section 1, Rule 21 (ITF Points Tables for Singles, Doubles, and Mixed Doubles Rankings). Players who receive a walkover in their first match and lose their second have the option of accepting World Championship level ranking points for the walkover win or to enter and compete in the consolation event which offers Grade 5 level ranking points.
