Important Tournament Dates

Sunday, October 21st - Friday, October 26th, 2018**

** All finals will be scheduled for Friday, October 26th. 

Team Entry Deadline: Monday, July 30th, 2018

Team Nomination Deadline: Monday, September 10, 2018

Tennis Venues, Court Surfaces & On Site Services

All Cups will be played on GREEN CLAY courts. 

The provisional venue for each Cup is listed below:

Miami Beach Tennis Center - M40, M45

Flamingo Park Tennis Center - M35, W35, W40, W45

The venue for each Team Cup will be confirmed at the entry deadline, once exact entry numbers in each Cup are determined.  Teams are encouraged to book rooms in a hotel nearest to their likely venue.  Teams/players will not be charged for reservation changes provided they are made by the stated deadline.

Please note that a morning and afternoon session will be scheduled at each venue.  A daily schedule will be provided in advance.

On Site Services:

  • Limited shower facilities are located at Miami Beach Tennis Center and Flamingo Park Tennis Center. 

  • A towel service is not available at any venue.

  • If players use towels from the official hotels, they are requested to return these the same day to avoid charges and/or complaints from the hotel management.

  • Water will be provided on all courts at all venues and is available off court (to purchase or via drinking fountain) at each site.

  • Food is available on site for purchase.

  • A stringing service is available at both sites and there is a labor charge of $20.

  • A physio service is available at both sites.  On court service is complimentary.  Off court service is available at an additional charge.  Appointments can be booked in advance via

Captain's Meeting / Registration

 Player accreditation and registration to be collected by CAPTAINS ONLY.

Registration:  Saturday, October 20th from 1:30PM-4:30PM


Captains Meetings: Women 2PM, Men 3PM

Where: North Shore Youth Center Auditorium (first floor), 501 72nd Street, Miami Beach 33141

Team Captains only may attend, unless an additional team member is required to assist as an interpreter. ITF personnel speak a variety of languages (French, German, Spanish & Italian) and will be available to assist.

Tournament Events

Opening Ceremony:

Saturday, October 20th, 5-7PM

Unidad Center in Miami Beach

7251 Collins Avenue, Miami Beach

(A short walk from credential pickup at Miami Beach Tennis Center.)  

All teams are kindly requested to wear their official team tracksuit to the Ceremony and transport to the official hotels will be provided post-Ceremony.

All team members are expected to attend the Opening Ceremony and must RSVP via the tournament website by no later than Sunday, October 7th.  Guests are welcome to attend provided they register and pay in advance using the RSVP link.

Free of charge for team participants.  Guest charge $15 plus $2.89 booking fee.  Fee includes one class of champagne and hors d'oeuvres.

Dress code is tennis 80's theme.


Players wishing to attend the Event must confirm their attendance via the tournament website by no later than Sunday, October 7th. Guests are welcome to attend provided they register and pay in advance using the RSVP link.

Free of charge for team participants.

Cost for additional guests $68 plus $5.84 booking fee.  Fee includes 1 glass of wine and a three course meal. 

Transportation will be provided to and from the official hotels.  Schedule to be posted.

Practice Courts & Balls

 Ball Type:  Penn Championship

Players can receive an official can of balls for practice by leaving a $5 refundable deposit.

Practice Courts: Practice courts are available at the cup venues beginning on Friday, October 19th and Saturday, October 20th. Subject to availability, teams may reserve a one hour practice session on both days.

Transportation will be provided on Saturday, October 20th but not on Friday, October 19th.

Practice court bookings must be made by the Team Captains direct with by no later than Friday, October 5th.  At the deadline any unbooked practice sessions will be released and Captains will be given an opportunity to book additional slots at this time.

Travel & Transport

Due to organized transport restrictions at Miami International Airport, a collection/drop-off service will not be provided by the organizers and teams/players are responsible for arranging their own airport transportation.


Booking deadline for official hotels is Friday, August 17th, 2018.

Transportation will be provided from all official hotels to all venues during the Team Championships. Please note that Hilton Cabana is only an official hotel for the duration of the Team Championships. Transport will NOT be provided from the Hilton Cabana during the Individual Championships.


 Credentials can be collected by the team captain from the ITF Tournament Desk located at the Miami Beach Tennis Center (501 72nd Street, Miami Beach) on Saturday, October 20th between 10-4PM,
